Look beyond whether a box is ticked
A feature name does not tell you how much work is involved in using it. When evaluating a capability, ask who creates the information, who checks it, how corrections are made and which other teams can use the result. Then ask to see the less tidy example: an unsigned review, a returned gateway pack or an imported record with missing history.
