Strictly necessary cookies

Secure session and protection cookies keep you signed in and protect your account against cross-site request forgery. The platform cannot function without them, so they are always on and do not require consent.

Service diagnostics

Sentry operational error, performance and session diagnostics help us detect and reproduce service failures. This is a reliability and security service, not advertising or marketing analytics. It does not depend on an optional analytics cookie. Typed values and sensitive credential, payment, signature and file-upload areas are masked or blocked from replay.

Optional analytics cookies

On this marketing website, Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics. Review copies do not load analytics. In the signed-in application, optional Google Analytics and PostHog depend on the service’s consent settings. PostHog includes product analytics and session replay: it can record normal rendered text and interaction context so an authorised operator can reproduce a problem, while typed fields and explicitly sensitive areas are blocked. If you decline, these optional tools do not load and Journey's product workflows behave identically.

You can change your decision at any time using Cookie settings on the public website. Review copies do not collect optional analytics. Your browser settings also let you block or delete cookies altogether, though strictly-necessary cookies are required to remain signed in.
