Cookie policy

Journey uses cookies sparingly. We do not use advertising cookies and we never sell data gathered through cookies. This page explains what we set and why.
Strictly necessary cookies
Secure session and protection cookies keep you signed in and protect your account against cross-site request forgery. The platform cannot function without them, so they are always on and do not require consent.
Service diagnostics
Sentry operational error, performance and session diagnostics help us detect and reproduce service failures. This is a reliability and security service, not advertising or marketing analytics. It does not depend on an optional analytics cookie. Typed values and sensitive credential, payment, signature and file-upload areas are masked or blocked from replay.
Optional analytics cookies
We load Google Analytics and PostHog only after you accept analytics via the consent banner. PostHog includes product analytics and session replay: it can record normal rendered text and interaction context so an authorised operator can reproduce a problem, while typed fields and explicitly sensitive areas are blocked. If you decline, these optional tools do not load and Journey's product workflows behave identically.
Managing your choices
You can change your decision at any time using the cookie settings control below. Your browser settings also let you block or delete cookies altogether, though strictly-necessary cookies are required to remain signed in.
