How Journey comparisons are researched

Journey publishes these pages, so they are not independent reviews. This methodology explains what we check, what we do not claim and when the sources must be reviewed again.

Method

    Name the exact product and use case

    We distinguish products from their wider supplier groups and compare only the buyer task stated on the page.

    Use primary vendor sources

    Descriptions of other products come from the supplier's own current product pages. We link those pages so buyers can check the wording and context themselves.

    Do not infer absence

    If a vendor page does not mention a capability, we say to check with that supplier. We do not turn silence into a tick, cross or claim that the capability is missing.

    Separate Journey evidence

    Journey statements describe implemented product scope or a clearly labelled target. Material security, assurance and commercial details are confirmed through current evidence and written terms during evaluation.

    Time-limit the review

    The current source review was completed 29 August 2026 and is due again by 29 November 2026, or earlier if a supplier publishes a material change.

Current primary-source ledger

Each link goes to the supplier's own product information. A source supports only the description stated in its scope; it is not proof of pricing, security, contractual terms or a complete feature set.

Corrections and limits

Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Inclusion does not imply affiliation or endorsement. If a statement is outdated or lacks context, email support@journeyapp.co.uk. We will check the primary source and record a correction before relying on the statement again.
