Journey makes that straightforward: you take part in progress reviews and tripartite meetings alongside the provider and apprentice, and provide the employer signatures the programme requires, each captured against the record at the point you give it. No cost to you, no separate system to learn

Journey is the provider's platform; as an employer you simply access the views and signatures relevant to your apprentices. There is no separate system to buy and no learner data exposed beyond what your role needs — the access you get is deliberately narrow and purpose-built for the sponsoring employer's role.

Significant application state changes are recorded against the person who made them, supporting a traceable history.

Published funding-rule packs

Journey applies supported, versioned DWP funding-rule packs selected from the apprentice's start date, including 2026/27 version 3, to support provider review.

Bounded AI assistance

An employer sees the records and actions their access allows. Journey AI uses controlled record-reading tools; it does not give an employer access to another organisation or approve a provider decision.

Evidence-led security controls

Tenant isolation, access controls, audit records and governed operations are designed into the platform.
