Built around the whole provider
Journey connects leaders, delivery teams, quality, funding, employers and apprentices on one governed record instead of asking each team to reconcile a different system.
Journey is the operating platform for UK apprenticeship training providers. It brings delivery, evidence, funding, ILR, quality, safeguarding and EPA onto one audited record so teams can act on the same truth.
Most providers have a learner in several systems and a monthly reconciliation job to make those records agree. Journey replaces that fragmentation with tenant-scoped workflows and a history attributed to the real person who acted.
How we work
Journey is developed against the workflows, evidence and controls apprenticeship providers actually need. We publish what is live, qualify what is limited and leave unsupported claims out.
Journey connects leaders, delivery teams, quality, funding, employers and apprentices on one governed record instead of asking each team to reconcile a different system.
Product claims are checked against the running platform and source. Regulated guidance is dated and linked to primary sources, and comparisons say when a competitor capability is not publicly stated.
Tenant isolation, role-based access, an append-only audit trail and governed AI are architectural controls. Journey is independent software and never claims to guarantee funding or inspection outcomes.
Operated to recognised standards
Journey is built and operated by TechGeek, a UK team working under ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 management systems and Cyber Essentials controls. These certifications cover how the team designs, supports and continually improves the service; they are not a promise of funding or inspection outcomes.

ISO 9001 & ISO 27001
An externally-audited Integrated Management System governs how Journey is designed, built and supported, and how your learners' special-category data is protected end to end.

Cyber Essentials
Independently certified under the UK government and NCSC scheme that verifies our defences against the most common internet-based cyber attacks.
We will show the real workflows, answer due-diligence questions and be clear about what is ready now and what would need configuring for your organisation.
